In-stock orders: Dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking details.
Pre-orders: Dispatched within 2–3 weeks of the date you order. We'll email you your Australia Post tracking details as soon as your piece ships.
Orders with both in-stock and pre-order pieces: Australian orders ship separately: your in-stock pieces go out within 2–4 business days, and your pre-order pieces follow once they're ready. International orders ship together once the pre-order pieces are ready.
Delivery time: On top of the dispatch time. Usually a few business days within Australia (Express Post is faster), and longer for international orders.
Australia — Standard: Free on every order, sent with Australia Post.
Australia — Express: $15, sent with Australia Post Express Post for faster delivery.
International: We ship worldwide with Australia Post. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Returns & Exchanges
Return window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn and brand new, in the same condition you received them.
Exchanges: Exchanges follow the same policy: unworn, brand-new items within 30 days of delivery. This includes pre-order pieces once they've arrived.
Return shipping: Free for Australian orders. We cover the return postage on returns and exchanges within Australia. For international orders, return postage is paid by the customer.
Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we refund you through Shopify to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
